Private wellbeing experiences in Mallorca.

It is a session where you lie down and rest while a facilitator plays bowls, gongs and other instruments around you, sometimes using their voice too. It is also called a sound bath. You don't have to do anything or know anything about music: you just listen. In Mallorca we always arrange it privately, as a couple, on board a boat or with your group, on request.

It depends on the experience. The boat experience happens on board, out at sea with the engine off. Couple and group sessions take place wherever best suits what you are looking for. There is no fixed room or timetable: format, place and date are agreed with you. Tell us what you have in mind and where in Mallorca you are, and we will suggest where to do it.

No. Soul Elements' private experiences in Mallorca require no experience or preparation: the facilitator guides you from the start, and in a sound bath all you need to do is lie down and listen. The ice bath is optional and also guided. If you are pregnant or have a health condition, tell us before the session so we can adapt it or let you know if it isn't a good idea.

You can request it through the contact form: tell us which experience you are interested in, how many of you there are and what date you have in mind. There is no online booking because each experience is arranged to measure in Mallorca. We reply with a proposal for format, place and date. The price depends on those three things and the number of people, so we don't publish it: you will see it in the proposal.
