Leisure and wellbeing activities, without growing your headcount

A wellbeing programme does not fall apart for lack of ideas: it falls apart when someone cannot make it on a Tuesday in August. That is why we run it with our own network and take care of what keeps it going every week. It fits alongside whatever entertainment or leisure programme you already have.

  1. Practitioners

From our network, selected and trained in our protocols.

  2. Equipment and set-up

    We arrive with everything needed.

  3. Cover

If someone cannot make it, we cover it.

  4. Quality

Follow-up and quality control in every session.

All year round

Wellness activities all year round: how they are scheduled

  1. Seasonal calendar

Recurring activities every week and, on top, a layer of WOW activities: high-impact sessions designed to be talked about.

  2. Events and multi-day programmes

A talk, a key date or a programme over several days, like the one we put together for Jumeirah around the eclipse. With live music or a healthy brunch if the event calls for it.

  3. Full operation

The whole wellbeing department, run by us, as at Cayo Levantado Resort.

  4. Or we train your team

If you would rather your own people run it, we train them in protocols, facilitation and quality, with practice in real sessions, and we stay alongside them.

It all works with a flexible bank of credits that adapts to each calendar and each season.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about activities for hotels

Do I need my own staff?

No. With Flow, Soul Elements' operational wellbeing methodology, we provide the practitioners: they arrive with the equipment, set up the session and lead it. If someone cannot make it, we cover it. The hotel does not need to grow its headcount, unless it would rather its own team ran it; in that case we train them and stay alongside them. That is how we run Aysla Kimpton's weekly programme in Palma, twelve months a year.

What happens if a practitioner cannot make it?

We cover it. Soul Elements' network of practitioners has cover planned, so the activity stays on the calendar even if someone drops out. At Iberostar Es Trenc, in Mallorca, the seasonal operation includes a practitioner network with cover, equipment and set-up, and quality control in every session. The hotel does not have to find anyone or rework the programme when someone is off.

Can I book just the high season?

Yes. Some hotels ask us for the summer season, like Meliá Cala Galdana in Menorca or Iberostar Es Trenc in Mallorca, and others keep the programme running all year, like Aysla Kimpton in Palma. You can also book a one-off event or a multi-day programme around a date, like the one we put together for Jumeirah in Mallorca for the eclipse. The hotel sets the calendar.

How does it work commercially?

You tell us about your calendar, your spaces and your guests, and we propose the activities that fit. The operation works with a flexible bank of credits: the hotel books a capacity and adapts it to each calendar and each season, combining weekly activities, WOW activities and events. The price depends on the calendar and the activities, so we do not publish it. We work with hotels in the Balearic Islands, Spain and the Caribbean, and we reply within 24 hours.

Which activities work best at a hotel?

It depends on the guests and the spaces, but a good programme mixes two layers. Gentle, recurring activities, like yoga, Pilates, meditation or sound baths, that build a habit. And something high-impact, like a guided ice bath or a sound session in the pool, that guests remember and talk about. That is how we approached Artiem Audax in Menorca: recurring activities for consistency and WOW activities for visibility.
