The brief
Enable their own team to deliver wellbeing activities across their destinations in the Canary Islands.
Entertainment Spain did not want us there running things: they wanted their own team able to deliver wellbeing activities across their destinations in the Canary Islands.
We trained the in-house team in the way we operate — protocols, facilitation and quality — until it could hold the activities on its own. It is the proof that the operation can be handed over: we do not need to be standing there for it to work.

We trained the in-house team to operate with our methodology: protocols, facilitation, quality and guided practice in real sessions.
