The brief
Build the resort's wellbeing department from scratch.
Cayo Levantado Resort, on the island of Samaná in the Dominican Republic, is one of the most exclusive resorts in the Caribbean. Soul Elements took on the design and the full operation of its wellbeing department.
From defining the concept and identity to running the department day to day, this project is the full journey: we took care of everything so wellbeing became a coherent, excellent and memorable experience.

Wellbeing concept and identity
We built the resort's wellbeing concept from the ground up: its philosophy, its identity, its rituals and how it speaks to guests.
Programme and experience design
We developed the resort's full catalogue of wellbeing experiences, adapted to the Caribbean setting and the guest profile.
Team selection and training
We selected, trained and integrated the wellbeing team within the standards and protocols defined for the project.
Full department operation
We run the resort's wellbeing department end to end: planning, coordination of practitioners, quality and guest experience.
Outcome or evidence
